Privacy, cookies, and accessibility

A small site should be easy to understand.

bethrudden.ai is a static professional site. It does not sell visitor data, run advertising pixels, or collect analytics unless a visitor chooses to allow analytics.

Analytics

Optional analytics use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages, calls to action, CV downloads, outbound links, and inquiry actions are useful. Analytics are off until a visitor chooses "Allow analytics" in the cookie notice.

• If analytics are allowed, the site may record page views and events such as CTA clicks, CV downloads, outbound proof links, form starts, and form submissions.
• If "Necessary only" is selected, Google Analytics is not loaded by this site.

Cookies and local storage

The site stores one local preference, br_cookie_consent, so it can remember whether a visitor chose analytics or necessary-only mode. If analytics are allowed, Google Analytics may set analytics cookies according to Google's own controls and retention settings.

Inquiry form

The inquiry form does not store submissions in this static website. It opens the visitor's email app with the form contents addressed to Meredith at Bast AI. Visitors decide whether to send that email.

Accessibility

The site is designed to be readable, keyboard navigable, and usable across screen sizes. It uses semantic HTML, visible focus states, form labels, descriptive image text, and high-contrast body text. The working target is alignment with WCAG 2.2 principles of perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust content.
